Benelli TNT 1130 Café Racer
The design idea used for the development of the Cafè Racer was that of creating a TNT inspired by the racing bikes of the past, but with a series of unique, sophisticated details to make it modern and effective. The result is a motorcycle with an extraordinary personality - a bike which simultaneously offers riding comfort and extreme performance thanks to its exceptional components: a higher and more protective windscreen for greater aerodynamic protection, lower clip-on handlebars in aluminium alloy, single seat ballypan and tailpiece to experience the thrills of riding a true racer alone, eccentric foot board adjustment system, carbon parts and seat support. As with the design, the colour was also inspired by the past for an exceptional aesthetic impact and to make the Café Racer even more exclusive in the world gamma of the Streetfighters.
An important innovation in the motor, the Café Racer offers the possibility of modifying motor functions by simply pressing a lighted button on the dash support. The engine control unit can be switched between free power and controlled power for better control of the motorcycle in poor traction conditions. This also guarantees a decrease in fuel consumption of 10-20% depending on driving style and on the road.
The free power configuration makes it possible to fully enjoy the torque features and motor power, while the controlled power configuration makes it possible to enjoy using the bike easily in the city, even on asphalt with poor traction, either alone or with a passenger, without stress.
The exclusive technical aspects are also seen in the exceptional cycle: this version sports a powerful 50 mm fork completely adjustable in compression, extension and spring preload, with a hardened surface to improve the sliding qualities which contribute to making the road holding solid and precise.
The back shock absorber body is in Ergal - light and unique in the world panorama; it is completely adjustable in extension and spring preload to offer a good level of performance constancy and to make riding safe in all asphalt conditions. The attention given to the quest for lightness and performance is confirmed by the use of Marchesini rims in forged and machined aluminium alloy and the Brembo braking system which mounts a 4 piston radial calliper and a 320 mm diameter double disk at the front.

Benelli Tornado Tre 1130
The Tornado’s frame has been completely revised to meet the new power and torque characteristic of the engine, without loosing any input from the original Tornado project.

Rear radiator

This is one of the characterizing features of the Tornado. 50% of the weight is distributed to the front chasis of the bike in all riding conditions. The advantage being increased precision when riding and when entering bends.

Rear suspension

The shock absorber and the links have benefitted from recent racing experience. The measurements have been slightly modified to make the frame easier to manage adapting it to the new increased power and torque values.

Frame

Some small improvements, for example the welding system and tube assembly are now more accurate. The aluminum plates have been modified to make the Tornado 1130 more enjoyable and satisfying to ride.
Tornado’s success had all to do with the racing frame and the engine that fitted it so this is what engineers concentrated on improving. The bike steers sharp and the three-cylinder engine fed through fuel injection system is there to back the chassis’s abilities up. When compared to other sporty bikes out there, Benelli is conscious of the missing piston disadvantage and that is why we’re dealing with an 1130cc engine.

Benelli TNT Sport

New colours and even more exclusive components for the TNT Sport, inspired by the super bike motorcycles for the most enthusiastic sports riders.
For stability and manageability in every road condition and for more precise steering, the Benelli technicians have worked long and hard on the suspension setting: up front, the Marzocchi fork with reversed, 50 mm rods, adjustable in spring compression, extension and preload.
The settings provide a more progressive action of the shock absorber to guarantee safer, more stable riding when changing directions, both on the road and on the track.
The winning point of the new TNT Sport is the perfect balance during braking: on this version the powerful Brembo system mounts the double floating disk, 320 mm, at the front with 4 piston radial calliper to always provide an optimal response during braking.

Benelli TNT  R160
Benelli launch bombs again with their R160 Café Racer wearing “TNT” initials. While the “bomb” range has been renowned for performance, the new model is the peak for the bare line of products from the Italian motorcycle manufacturer Benelli because this is the most powerful TNT models boasting a 155 horsepower inline 1130 was developed by three engines. This, together with aggressive design cycle is marked with lines of force and carbon fiber parts, making quite a competitor for the new Benelli Ducati Streetfighter. Rumor said it would start at $ 17,000, but no official word on that yet.

 Benelli TNT 899S

The Benelli TNT has a super bare with us now, virtually unchanged since 2004. Early 1130cc model snarling, brutal, wheelie-prone monster with a savage-sounding roar from the three into one underseat exhaust. But this is very early models can be temperamental things, but because it was purchased by the Group Benelli Qiangiang China (they produce more than 1.2 million wheels two years there), money that has poured into the Benelli TNT making more smooth and reliable . The Benelli 899S is powered by a version of the Benelli Tornado Superbike engine re old and is arguably the best TNT to exit from the factory gates in Pesaro, Italy. It is smooth, smooth, fast, fun and very good value for money too. Benelli also conducts 899T, which has a slightly lower spec and non-adjustable suspension to 200 pounds less.
Engine
Although the basic architecture remains the same, the old 899cc in-line three cylinder engines get a new internal Benelli Tornado Benelli TNT 899S to create a more docile, less rigorous and simple way to live together. It has new cylinder heads, pistons, cams and revised ignition mapping, and unlike the old Benellis, all on / off jerkiness when you’ve lost the feathers on the throttle at low revs. This makes a beautiful Benelli TNT 899S to get around town and more predictable through the corners as well. Acceleration is not up there with the Triumph Speed triple and KTM Super Dukes of the world because it only has 118bhp and is very heavy (weighing 199kg), but there was plenty of performance that will own and shrieking exhaust note at high revs to enjoy. This brilliant new motor makes Benelli TNT 899S looks like a completely new model, despite its intimate apparel.
Ride and Handling
Talented rider Gianluca Galasso tests and ex-factory rider Benelli Bimota working in construction at the moment and the sign is the entire TNT 899S. Nothing else TNTs arranged like a plank of wood, this one is beautiful suspension luxury. Benelli TNT 899S beautiful rose mound, but when you come through the bend axis was still nice and quiet. Around town, broad, upright ride is comfortable and spacious bar that gives you much control. non-radial brakes to work, but the high weight-ups all stopped Benelli bikes from scoring five perfect.
